Scripts / Referral Clinic

Our surgery offers a service for patients seeking repeat prescriptions or ongoing referrals. Patients must have been seen by their Doctor for a physical consultation within the last 3 months to access this service. The service will be offered between 8:30am - 9:00am on Mondays and Fridays. Patients will be seen in order of arrival. Patients will be seen by a Doctor strictly for the purposes of either repeat prescriptions or ongoing referrals. If you have not been seen by your Doctor in the last 3 months you will need to make an appointment for a medication review before being able to access this service. Any letters or forms that need to be completed by a Doctor outside a consultation will incur a fee.
